Alibi Ale Works
Alibi Ale Works is a craft brewery located in Incline Village on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. They are producing a wide range of beers in relatively small batches, and their goal is to keep your taste buds intrigued with diverse and interesting flavors. They strive to maintain a beer line-up that is balanced between traditional styles like porter and saison, fresh interpretations of hop-forward beers, and innovative one-offs that will expand your beer horizons. You can also expect to see some barrel-aged and funky-sour beers emerging early in 2015.
The onsite taproom and public house is a comfortable (and unique) space for people to gather and relax. Alibi offers beers in 4oz, 10oz and 16 oz glasses, as well as 32oz and 64oz growlers to go. They also have a range of merchandise for sale including hats, shirts, hoodies, glassware and gift cards. And although they don't currently serve food, they encourage you to bring your own food or order in from one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood. As a friendly reminder, they are a 21+ establishment.
